About Us
The Demon Systems team consists of innovative technical peeps and industry nerds with many years of experience and expertise. Let's just say, that if they had only been around the block once, we wouldn't have hired them.
Greg Lloyd
Greg founded Demon Systems in 2008. Prior to this, from 1988 to 2008 he was one of the founders and leaders at Precision Software Limited (Dublin, Ireland and Chicago, Illinois) and spent many years leading Precision's new technology, services, marketing and sales teams. In 2002, as Precision's newly appointed CEO, Greg moved to Chicago to establish and grow Precision's North American operations. Greg has developed and implemented Supply Chain solutions used by many fortune 500 companies such as Covidien, Baxter, Gore, Emerson, Sprint, Nike, Coca Cola, Apple and Google. Greg is a graduate of Dublin City University (B.Sc) and Rathmines College of Commerce, Dublin.
Nadya Santiago
Co-founder. A graduate of Universidad de Puerto Rico in 1997, Nadya spent over five years in Europe working with Precision Software, prior to moving to Chicago in 2002 as part of the original Precision North American management team. Nadya dedicates 30% of her time working with non profit organizations.
Tom Finneran
Tom spent over 20 years managing, designing and developing solutions at Precision Software in Dublin. Now he is using his knowledge and expertise at Demon Systems to push the technology boundaries for the realm of First Mile and Last Mile delivery. Tom is a B.Sc graduate of University College Galway (UCG).
Bill Petersen
Bill has well over twenty-five years of experience in the supply chain market. His first exposure was as the head of marketing for the advanced research facility at Texas Instruments. At that time, TI was developing artificial intelligence-based decision support software, commonly called expert systems. He left TI to join CSTaR, the research center for Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) where he was Director of Marketing. In both companies, he found that most of the real-world applications of AI technology were in the area of decision support and optimization strategies. He left the research community and followed the market by going to work for several of the best-of-breed providers of warehouse and transportation management systems. He became involved with international trade management at Precision software, where he was responsible for sales and marketing. Bill holds a Bachelor's in Operations Research and an MBA in Marketing.
Thom Alcazar
Thom offers strong expertise in cost/benefit analysis, productivity assessment and margin improvement in supply chain processes for warehouse management and multi-modal transportation for 3PL, domestic and global organizations.

We are a very creative team

We love what we do and you will love it too, that's a promise.

Somewhat. We know how to spell there, their and they're.
But, we're also able to laugh at ourselves, just ask us to say "33 and a 1/3"

Our software is very powerful. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? It doesn't matter we can help monitor and track it.

100% reliable. As that TV ad says about the paint, we do exactly what it says on the tin. The tin says we are reliable.

Is it Friday yet?
